All you need with this is the sunshine, the beach and the warm sea lapping at your toes.
Ingredients:
- Banana – 1, ripe
- Dark Rum – 2 parts
- Bailey’s Irish Cream – 2 parts
- Coconut Cream – 1 part
- Crushed Ice
- Banana Slice to garnish
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into a large chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of banana.
- Serve.
