A light and sweet offering from the tropical island.
Ingredients:
- Rum – 1 part
- Lime Juice – 1/2 part
- Pineapple Juice – 1/2 tblsp
- Triple Sec – 1/2 tsp
- Ice cubes
- Pineapple Wedge
Method:
- Shake the rum, lime juice, pineapple juice and triple sec over ice until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
- Serve.
