The classic combination of gin and Noilly Prat is sweetened with grenadine and a serious kick of absinthe.
Ingredients:
- Dry Gin – 1 part
- Noilly Prat – 1 part
- Grenadine – 4 dashes
- Absinthe – 4 dashes
- Ice
- Lemon Juice
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients, except lemon juice, over ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
- Add a tsp of lemon juice on top.
- Serve.
