The grenadine really does give this cocktail the lovely colour of a clover flower.
Ingredients:
- Gin – 4 parts
- Lime Juice – 2 parts
- Grenadine – 2 parts
- Egg White – 2
- Ice
Method:
- Mix the gin, lime juice, grenadine and egg white.
- Pour over ice and shake vigorously until well frosted.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve.
