Beautifully perfumed by the Parfait Amour – yet without the distinguishing purple colour.

Ingredients:

• Parfait Amour – 4 tsp
• Orange Juice – 4 tsp
• Dry Vermouth – 2 parts
• Gin – 2 parts
• Lemon Zest
• Ice

Method:

1. Shake the first four ingredients well over ice.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest.
4. Serve.
