Apple lovers and cider makers will put this at the top of their list, but it is definitely better made with sweet rather than dry cider.
Ingredients:
- Gin – 1 part
- Brandy – 1 part
- Calvados – 1 part
- Sweet Cider
- Apple Slice
- Ice
Method:
- Combine and shake the gin, brandy and calvados over ice until frosted.
- Strain into a glass.
- Top up with cider.
- Garnish with apple slice.
- Serve.
