A float of heady plum wine naturally complements the sake in this stylishly sublime martini.
Ingredients:
- Vodka – 2 ounces
- Dry Sake – 1/2 ounce
- Plum Wine – 1 tsp
Method:
- Stir the vodka and sake in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Float the plum wine on top of the drink.
- Serve.
