Ingredients:
Onions – 2, thinly sliced
Ginger – 1 one inch piece, chopped
Cabbage – 1, shredded
Green Peas – 1 cup
Tomatoes – 2, diced
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Coriander Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the onions and fry till soft.
3. Add the ginger, cabbage, peas and tomatoes.
4. Cook, covered, over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
5. Add the red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt.
6. Cook for 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot with rice or as a side dish to chapati.
