Fresh Tomato Salsa Recipe

Tomato Salsa is a perfect accompaniment for any dish. They are simple and easy to make.

Fresh Tomato Salsa

Tomatoes – 2, chopped, seeded, drained
Onion – 1/4 cup, chopped
Green Capsicum – 1/4 cup, chopped
Jalapeno – 2 tsp, seeds removed, minced
Garlic – 1 clove, minced
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp
Dried oregano – 1/3 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder as per taste

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cover and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
3. Remove and gently stir.
4. Cover again and keep it in the fridge until required.
5. Best if used within 24 hours.
