Ingredients:
Chicken Breast – 400 gms, sliced
Peanut Oil – 2 tblsp
Fish Sauce – 1 1/2 tblsp
Spring Onions – 3, chopped
Red Chilli – 1, large, deseeded and sliced
Salt as per taste
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup, shelled
Ground Black Pepper
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over high heat.
2. Stir-fry the chicken for about 3 to 4 minutes until almost cooked through.
3. Add the fish sauce, spring onions, chilli and peanuts.
4. Continue to stir-fry until the chicken and onions are tender, for about a minute.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve.
