Ingredients:
Carrot – 1 cup, grated
Coriander – 1 cup, chopped
Lemon Juice – from 1/2 Lemon
Coconut – 1 tsp, grated
Moong Dal – 1/4 cup, soaked in water for 10 minutes
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. In a bowl, mix the grated carrot, chopped coriander, grated coconut and moong dal.
2. Mix well.
3. Add salt and lime juice.
4. Mix together and serve.
