Special Mixture

Ingredients:
Ompodi – 1/2 cup
Kara Boondi – 1/2 cup
Ribbon Pakoda – 1/2 cup, crumbled
Thenkuzhal – 1/2 cup, crumbled
Mullu Murukku – 1/2 cup, crumbled
Maida – 50 gms
Peanuts – 100 gms
Roasted Gram – 100 gms
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Curry Leaves – handful
Sugar – little
Vanaspati – little
Aval (Poha) – as required
Cashewnuts – few
Salt as per taste
Oil as required

Method:
1. Combine vanaspati, maida, sugar and mix well toa chapati dough consistency.
2. Roll them into small puris and cut them into diamond shapes.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Fry the diamond cuts till light golden brown.
5. Remove.
6. Separately fry the cashewnuts, poha, roasted gram and curry leaves in oil.
7. Drain excess oil and combine them in a large bowl.
8. Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
9. Serve as a snack.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
