Cauliflower Kebabs


Cauliflower – 400 gms
Potatoes – 200 gms
Breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp, fresh
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
Green Chillies – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Green Coriander – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
Oil – 3/4 cup

1. Boil the cauliflower and potatoes separately.
2. Drain excess water and allow to cool.
3. Grate then separately.
4. Mix the grated cauliflower and grated potatoes with the breadcrumbs, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, green chillies, green coriander and ginger.
5. Divide into 16 equal portions and shape into medallions.
6. Heat a tawa.
7. Brush with oil and shallow fry the medallions, a few at a time, until golden brown.
8. Drain excess oil and serve hot.
