1/4cupCocoa Powder
1/4cupButtermilk
50gButter
1Egg beaten
100gPlain Flour
1/2tspBaking Powder
1/2tspBaking Soda
100gCaster Sugar

How to make Double Chocolate Chip Muffin
Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
Heat butter in a pan and leave it cool.
Combine the melted butter, buttermilk and egg in a bowl.
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
Add this to the buttermilk mixture and combine gently.
Add half of the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the muffin tray lined with paper cups.
Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
