Ingredients:
Chhurpi – 250 gms
Sliced radish or cucumber – 1 cup
Chopped onion – 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies – 6 to 7
Mustard oil – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl.
2. Serve with rice or roti.
