Amla Juice is a popular and healthy juice with numerous benefits. Amla is a rich source of Vitamin C and minerals. It is helpful in relieving constipation, asthma, treatment of gastric disorders, improves immunity, increases haemoglobin level and much much more.
Ingredients:
Amla (Gooseberry) – 4, large ones or 6 to 8, medium ones
Sugar – 4 tsp
Honey – 4 tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp (or 1/4 tsp)
Ice Cubes – few
Method:
1. Grate or finely chop the amlas and discard the seeds.
2. Grind this to a fine paste adding little water.
3. Strain this well.
4. Add all the other ingredients (except ice cubes) and blend again.
5. Pour this into a serving glass.
6. Serve at once.
