A drink that’s every bit as straightforward and British as its canine namesake.

Ingredients:

• Gin – 2 parts
• Orange Juice – 4 parts
• Ginger Ale
• Ice cubes – crushed

Method:

1. Half fill a tumbler with crushed ice.
2. Pour the gin and orange juice.
3. Top up with ginger ale.
4. Stir to mix well.
5. Serve.
