Ingredients:
Carrots – 250 gms, cut into thin sticks
Cornflour – 1/2 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Oregano or Thyme – few, chopped
Method:
1. Mix the carrots, cornflour and black pepper powder in a bowl.
2. Add the oil and mix well.
3. Transfer to a baking tray lined with sheet.
4. Place the tray into a preheated oven at 200C.
5. Bake for 30 minutes until done.
6. Remove.
7 Sprinkle a little salt and thyme.
8. Serve.
