Ingredients:
Apple – 2, chopped
Pear – 2, chopped
Carrot – 2, chopped
Kiwi Fruit – 3 to 4, peeled
Mint Leaves – 2 cups, chopped
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend to a smooth puree.
3. Pour into a chilled tumbler.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
5. Serve at once.
