Bread Gravy

Bread Slices – 6, crumbled
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, peeled, chopped
Tomatoes – 2
Green Chillies – 1
Green Peas – 100 gms, boiled and then ground to a paste
Coriander Leaves – few
Salt as per taste

1. Combine the tomatoes, green chillies and ginger.
2. Grind together to a smooth paste.
3. Heat a pan over medium flame.
4. Add all the ground ingredients along with bread crumbs and salt.
5. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
7. Serve with chapati or rice.
