Fruit Bruschetta
Crusty Bread – 3 thin slices, lightly toasted
Strawberries – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Peaches – 1/3 cup, finely chopped
Basil Leaves – 1/2 tblsp, finely chopped
Mint Leaves – 1/4 tsp, finely chopped
Honey – 1/2 tblsp
Light Cream Cheese – 1 1/2 tblsp

1. Mix the strawberries, peaches, basil, mint and honey.
2. Spread the cream cheese on the toasted bread.
3. Spoon a little bit of the mixed fruit onto each bread.
4. Garnish with mint and basil leaves.
5. Serve.
