Rusk Ice Cream

Rusk Biscuits
Rusk – 1 cup
Milk – 1 litre
Milk Maid – 4 tsp
Vanilla Essence – 4 drops
Sugar – 1/4 cup

1. Boil milk in a pan over medium flame.
2. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Boil till it reduces to 3/4th.
4. Pour 1/4 of the boiled milk over the rusk and blend together in a mixie for 5 minutes.
5. Add milk maid and vanilla essence.
6. Blend again for 2 more minutes.
7. Add this to the remaining milk and transfer to freezer safe ice cream bowls.
8. Keep it in the freezer for 1 hour or until set.
9. Serve.
