Ingredients:
Radish – 1 cup, chopped
Onion – 2, big, finely chopped
Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped
Tomato – 1, chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, peeled, chopped
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Oil as per taste
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
2. Fry the cumin seeds and sesame seeds.
3. After a minute, add the onions, ginger, green chillies and salt.
4. Saute till the onions turn golden brown.
5. Add tomatoes and cook for a minute.
6. Add the radish pieces, turmeric powder, pepper powder, coriander powder and mix well.
7. Sprinkle a little water and stir again.
8. Simmer till the radish is done and cooked.
9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
