Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce
Spaghetti Pasta – 200 gms, blanched as per package instructions
Tomatoes – 200 gms, blanched, deseeded and diced
Zucchini – 75 gms, chopped
Basil Leaves – few, chopped
Red Capsicum – 1 1/2 tblsp, chopped
Cherry Tomatoes – 1 1/2 tblsp, chopped
Olive Oil – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tblsp
Black Olives – 2 tsp
Onion – 1 tblsp, chopped
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves, chopped
Parmesan Cheese – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Pepper Powder as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan over moderate flame.
2. Saute the onions and garlic.
3. Add the tomatoes.
4. Cook till the tomatoes are soft and a sauce like consistency is achieved.
5. Add basil leaves, salt and pepper.
6. Heat butter in a pan.
7. Add the pasta and vegetables together.
8. Add salt and pepper powder..
9. Cook for a minute or two.
10. Transfer to a serving plate.
11. Pour the tomato sauce on top.
12. Garnish with basil leaves.
13. Serve.
