Ingredients:
Beans – 300 gms, stringed, cut into one inch pieces
Onions – 2, sliced
Red Capsicum – 1
Oil – 2 tblsp
Spring Onions – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Garlic – 3 cloves, finely chopped
Lemon Leaves – 1 tsp, chopped
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the beans and salt.
3. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat till beans are little tender.
4. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
5. Serve hot with cooked rice.
