Ingredients:
Potato – 1, cut into strips
Butter – 3 tblsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Peanuts – 3 tblsp
Onion – 1, chopped
Cheese – 2 tblsp, grated
Yogurt – 4 tblsp
Celery – 1 tblsp, chopped
Eggs – 4, beaten
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the chopped onions and fry till transparent.
3. Add the potato strips and celery.
4. Reduce heat and cook till potatoes are crispy.
5. Remove and keep aside.
6. Add the butter to the pan and add the beaten eggs.
7. Pour the yogurt and spread the eggs to make an omelette.
8. Add the grated cheese and cook till eggs become firm.
9. Add the peanuts on top along with potatoes and onion mixture.
10. Cook the omelette and transfer to a serving plate.
11. Serve hot.
