Ingredients:
Vegetable Oil – 2 tblsp
Onions – 2, coarsely chopped
Button Mushrooms – 125 gms, halved
Tomato – 1, diced
Red Chilli Powder – a pinch
Curry Powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp, ground
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
2. Saute the onions until golden.
3. Add the mushrooms and tomato.
4. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
5. Add the red chilli powder, curry powder and salt.
6. Mix well.
7. Cook for 2 more minutes.
8. Serve hot with rotis and chapatis.
