Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 4, soaked in a little milk
Potatoes – 500 gms, boiled and mashed
Onion – 2, chopped finely
Spring Onions – 1 tblsp, chopped
Egg – 1, beaten
Salt
Pepper
Method:
1. Mash the bread and add to the potatoes.
2. Mix well.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Make into little patties and deep fry in hot oil.
6. Serve hot with sliced onions and tomato sauce.
