Meat Balls

Ingredients:
Minced Meat – 500 gms
Capsicum – 1, seeded and cut into rings
Spring Onions – 2, chopped
Parsley – 1 sprig, chopped
Soya Sauce – 1 tblsp
Cornflour – 2 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece, minced
Egg – 1, well beaten
Green Chilli – 1, minced
Onion – 1, small and minced
Salt as per taste
Pepper as per taste
Oil

Method:
1. Mix the meat with the onion, green chilli, ginger, cornflour, beaten egg, parsley, soya sauce, salt and pepper.
2. Heat 1 tblsp of oil and add it to the meat.
3. Knead all the ingredients together and keep aside for 15 minutes.
4. Shape into balls of small/medium size.
5. Deep fry a few at a time till golden brown.
6. Drain.
7. Garnish with spring onions and capsicum.
8. Serve.
