Oil – 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 2 tsp
Dry Red Chillies – 2
Green Chillies – 3, chopped
Asafoetida Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chana Dal – 4 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tblsp
Coconut – 1/2 cup, grated
Tamarind – 1 small marble sized ball
Coriander Leaves – 2 tblsp, finely chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a frying pan over low heat.
2. Add mustard seeds, red chillies, green chillies, asafoetida powder, urad dal and chana dal.
3. Fry till dals turn golden.
4. Mix all the remaining ingredients.
5. Grind toa  fine paste with 1 1/2 tblsp of water.
6. Serve as required.
