Whole Blanched Almonds – 125 gms
Dairy Free Milk – 600 ml
Ripe Bananas – 2, halved
Natural Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon for sprinkling
1. Put the almonds into a food processor and process until very finely chopped.
2. Add the milk, bananas and vanilla extract and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon.
