Ingredients:
Basmati Rice – 2 cups, cooked
Fresh Green Chanas – 100 gms
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a pan.
2. Stir-fry the green chanas.
3. Add the rice and the spices.
4. Stir gently.
5. Serve as a pulao with raita.
