Ingredients:
Paneer – 150 gms
Cheese – 1 tsp
Cashewnuts – 4
Cream – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped
Green Chillies – 2 to 3
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Corn Flakes – 20 gms
Oil
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Crush the paneer in a bowl.
2. Mix in the cheese, cashew pieces and cream.
3. Add ginger, green chillies and powdered masalas.
4. Knead well.
5. Divide the paneer mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into tikkis.
6. Dry-coat the tikkis with corn flakes and keep aside.
7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tikkis.
8. Drain the excess oil.
9. Serve these hot kebabs with red sauce or green chutney.
