Methi Ladoo

Ingredients:
Methi Seeds – 125 gms
Milk – 500 ml
Ghee – 1 cup
Wheat Flour – 250 gms
Castor Sugar or Jaggery – 400 gms
Dry Fruits – 1 cup, chopped

Method:
1. Powder the methi seeds and soak in milk overnight.
2. Heat a little ghee and roast the paste till it resembles bread crumbs.
3. Roast the wheatflour with ghee separately.
4. Mix all the ingredients and form into ladoos.
