Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 4
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Maida – 1/4 cup
Besan Flour – 1/4 cup
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp
Methi Leaves – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Ginger – 1 tsp, grated
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients and form into a soft dough.
2. Make chaklis, with the help of a chakli maker, in hot oil and fry till crisp and golden.
3. Cool and store.
