Fried Liver

Ingredients:
Lamb’s Liver – 1kg, cleaned (membranes removed), cut into 1 inch pieces
Salt to taste

Grind to a Paste:
Ginger – 1 two inch piece
Garlic – 8, cloves
Dry Red Chillies – 6
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil – 3 tbsp

Method:
1. Marinate the liver with the ground paste and salt.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Shallow fry the liver for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Do not over fry as the liver will get tough.
5. Serve hot.
