Ingredients:
Morel Mushrooms – 500gm
Sweet Corn – 250gm
Vegetable Oil – 5 tbsp
Green Cardamoms – 4
Cloves – 3
Mace Powder – a pinch
Ginger Paste – 2 tsp
Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Onion Paste – ½ cup
Cashew Nut Paste – 6 tbsp
Yoghurt – 1 1/4 cups
Salt to taste
Green Chillies – 4, slit
Cream – 1/2 cup
Green Coriander – 3 tbsp, chopped
Method:
1. Heat the oil in a heavy bottomed pan.
2. Add the green cardamoms, cloves and mace powder.
3. When they start crackling, add the ginger and garlic pastes.
4. Mix well.
5. Add the onion and cashew nut pastes.
6. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
7. Add the yoghurt, green chillies, salt, morel mushrooms, and corn.
8. Simmer for 20 minutes.
9. Mix in the cream and green coriander.
10. Remove and serve with masala poori.
