Potato with Black Pepper

Potatoes – 300 gms, boiled and diced
Ghee – 2 tblsp
Black Peppercorns – 4 tsp, crushed
Salt to taste

1. Heat the ghee in a kadai.
2. Add the potatoes and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add the black pepper and salt.
4. Toss till the potatoes are coated well with the mixture.
5. Serve hot.
