Ingredients:
Raw Mango – 1
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1 tsp
For Tempering:
Oil – 2 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 2 tsp
Method:
1. Peel and chop the mango into 1/2 inch pieces.
2. Mix the mango, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida powder.
3. Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When they splutter, add to the mango. Mix well.
4. Serve with rice and crud.
