Gooseberry Pachadi

Ingredients:
Fresh Gooseberry – 2 to 3, big
Fresh Coconut – 2 tblsp, grated
Green Chillies – 2
Salt as required
Fresh Thick Curds – 3/4 cup

For Seasoning:
Oil – 1 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seeds – little

Method:
1. Cut gooseberries and remove seeds.
2. Fry green chillies in oil. Take care not to over fry it.
3. Grind chillies, gooseberries, salt, coconut to a smooth paste with minimum water.
4. Season with mustard seeds.
5. Just before serving mix with fresh thick curds.
