Tomato Onion Chutney


Onion – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Greated Fresh Coconut – 1 cup
Asafoetida – little
Roasted Gram – 2 tblsp
Salt as required
Red Chillies – 8
Oil – 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp

1. Chop onions and tomatoes lengthwise.
2. Heat little oil and fry till moisture is absorbed.
3. Grind it along with other ingredients to chutney consistency.
4. Heat little oil, add mustard seeds to splutter and pour over chutney.
5. Mix well and serve with idli or dosa.
