Ingredients:
500 gms minced Mutton
4 Green chillies, minced
1 large Onion, minced
6 cloves of Garlic, minced
1 inch piece Ginger, minced
1 tsp dessicated Coconut
6 Almonds
1 tsp Gramflour
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Lime juice
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and heat on low fire for 10-15 minutes.
2. Cool, grind to a fine paste, adding 2 tsp lime juice.
3. Shape into oval-shaped kababs and deep fry until golden brown.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney.
