Ingredients
1 medium sized cabbage (shredded)
1 tbsp fresh coconut (grated)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
2 – 3 green chillies (chopped)
5 – 6 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
Salt and black pepper powder (to taste)
Method
1. In a microwave safe bowl heat oil at 100% power for 30 secs.
2. Now add mustard seeds, curry leaves & green chillies and microwave at 100% power for 2 min.
3. Add shredded cabbage, salt and stir well. Microwave for 2 – 3 mins. at 100% power.
4. Add grated coconut and microwave for 1 min. at 100% power.
5. Serve hot.
