Ingredients
500 gm pomfret, cut into neat cubes
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
Salt and pepper to taste
250 gm raw prawns, ground to a paste
1/2 cup fish stock
1 egg
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2 tbsp minced chillies
2 tbsp minced parsley
Method
1. Put fish in dish, combine sauce, cornflour, oil, salt and pepper and put over the fish.
2. Mix the prawns with fish stock, egg, ginger, chillies and parsley and put over the fish.
3. Steam for 45 minutes.
4. Serve with boiled rice.
