Ingredients:
Water – 3 cups
Fresh tomato – 2 medium, sliced
Lemongrass – 2 to 3 pieces, freshly cut
Garlic – 2 to 3 cloves, crushed
Sea salt – 2 tsp
Whole squid – 2 small
Mackerel – 1 medium
Shrimp – 1 medium
Lime juice – 5 to 6 tsp
Red chillies – 4 to 5
Fish sauce as per taste
Method:
1. Clean and slice the seafood.
2. In a pot, add water, lemongrass, garlic and sea salt. Bring to a boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Now add the squid and fish. Boil for another 2 minutes.
4. Add the rest of the seafood along with the lime juice, red chillies and fish sauce. Mix well.
5. Now put in the tomato slices. Simmer for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
