Ingredients:
Bread Slices – 12
Butter as required
For the filling:
Paneer – 1 1/2 cups, grated
Mixed Vegetables – 2 cups, frozen, thawed, boiled
Parsley – 2 tblsp, chopped
Milk – 4 tblsp
Cheese – 4 tblsp, grated
Butter – 4 to 5 tsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Method:
1. Heat butter in a pan for the spread.
2. Add all the ingredients and cook till the cheese melts.
3. Remove and keep aside.
4. Brush the bread slices with butter and place them on a baking tray.
5. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes at 200C/400F.
6. Spoon some of the filling on 6 bread slices and bake for another 10 minutes.
7. Remove and cover with the fillings with the remaining 6 slices.
8. Serve hot.
