Coconut cream is used in many cocktails, but, because it separates in the container, it will often need to be beaten or blended before using.

Ingredients:

• White Rum – 1 part
• Coconut Cream – 1/2 part, beaten until creamy
• Guava Juice – 1/2 part
• Pineapple Juice – 1/2 part
• Ice cubes
• Guava slices

Method:

1. Combine and shake the rum, guava juice, pineapple juice and coconut cream over ice.
2. Pour into a large cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with a guava slice.
4. Serve.
