Roomali Roti


Whole Wheat Flour – 6 cups
Maida – 2 cups
Water – 4 cups

1. Mix the wheat flour and maida together in a bowl.
2. Add water and knead to a soft, sticky dough.
3. Cover and keep aside for 3 hours.
4. Shape the dough into small balls and roll them into rotis.
5. Heat a tawa over medium flame.
6. Cook the rotis on both sides until light golden brown.
7. Remove and fold into quarters.
8. Serve with side dish of choice.
