Carefully decorate the rim well in advance for a really good effect.
Ingredients:
- White Rum – 3 parts
- Galliano – 1 part
- Lime Juice – 2 parts
- Icing Sugar – 2 tsp
- Zest of Lime – 2 tsp
- Dry Ginger Ale
- Ice cubes
Method:
- Mix the lime zest and sugar together.
- Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with a little rum and dip it into the sugar to coat thoroughly.
- Combine and shake all the other ingredients except ginger ale together with crushed ice until well frosted.
- Pour into the glass and top up with ginger ale.
- Serve at once.
