Experienced cocktail makers will know that absinthe is an extra strong spirit – making this cocktail especially daring.
Ingredients:
- Absinthe – 2 tsp
- White Rum – 3 parts
- Lime Juice – 1 part
- Sugar – 2 tsp
- Ice
- Lime Slice
Method:
- Rub a little lime juice around the rim of a cocktail glass.
- Dip into the sugar and keep aside.
- Stir the rest of the lime juice with rum and absinthe over ice until frosted.
- Strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice.
- Serve.
